Community members are now invited to the 29th Annual Mayor’s Back to School Fair, scheduled for August 1, 2025, at Fair Park. This signature event, a collaborative effort between the Office of the Mayor of Dallas, Dallas Independent School District (DISD), Junior League of Dallas, local nonprofits, corporations, and dedicated volunteers, plays a vital role in supporting economically disadvantaged students and their families across the city.

Each year, the Mayor’s Back to School Fair serves more than 10,000 students from pre-K to 12th grade, providing them with essential school supplies, valuable services, and community resources, all for free at one convenient location. The fair offers a wide range of health and social services, including immunizations, dental screenings, vision exams, and more, all delivered by local businesses, healthcare providers, and community organizers.
