About: Join us April 30th for a culinary collaboration as The Blue Room at Emilia’s proudly presents an exclusive, one-night-only dinner, crafted by the culinary talents of Chef Preston Paine and the legendary Chef Dean Fearing. Indulge in a pre-fixe coursed menu expertly curated by Chef Paine and Chef Fearing, enhance your dining experience with optional wine pairings carefully selected to complement each course.
There will be one seating time at 6:30pm. Tickets are $250 per guest inclusive of tax & gratuity. There is an optional wining paring for $100. It will be 6 courses, 3 courses alternated per chef. Each chef will present their course each time in The Blue Room. Starting at 5:30pm there will be live music on the patio should guest want to come early and enjoy before the dinner begins.
