 re will be one seating time at 6:30pm. Tickets are $250 per guest inclusiv
 e of tax & gratuity. There is an optional wining paring for $100. It will
  be 6 courses\, 3 courses alternated per chef. Each chef will present thei
 r course each time in The Blue Room. Starting at 5:30pm there will be live
