Stephanie Chung was the first African-American president of an aviation brand, a cancer survivor, mother and an award-winning leadership speaker and sales coach. Sharing her faith and pulling from her own story and experiences, Stephanie is passionate about empowering other women to achieve what they’ve been told they couldn’t, and then some. 

4word is a Faith-Based Community that empowers and inspires women in the workplace through personal connection and mentoring to align actions to life priorities, improve relationships with coworkers and friends, use biblically informed decision-making, and grow their confidence. Over the past 13 years, 4word has helped over 1M women reach their God-given potential with confidence. Its goal is to empower 10 million Christian women in the workplace to change the world by 2030.
