This fall, Klyde Warren Park reintroduces Jazz Under the Stars Presented by Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), an extraordinary evening of music, community and creativity. Showcasing three versions of innovative and original jazz music, this FREE event brings back the vibe of the Dallas Museum of Art’s wildly popular series of the same name. Artists include: 

Carmen Bradford - Grammy nominated lead vocalist for Count Basie Orchestra (big band swing with 17-piece band)

 John Mills TIMES TEN - Professor of jazz composition at the University of Texas and touring professional (fusion jazz with 10-piece band)

 Ephralm Owens Quintet - native-born Dallas trumpet sensation and touring member of Tedeschi Trucks Band (cool jazz with five-piece band)

 RNDC has curated a selection of wines and spirits to complement the distinctive and improvisational melodies. Blanket seating is encouraged for picnics, and Klyde Warren Park food trucks will be available for dinner. Wine and spirits may be sampled for free, while bars are available for beverage purchase.

 VIP tickets are $50 each and include access to a special lounge area offering complimentary wine, beer and hors d’oeuvres.
