StreetLights Residential, a national design-driven developer of multifamily and mixed-use communities based in Dallas, recently broke ground on The Jackson, its first luxury multifamily community in Arlington. The development will be part of Viridian, a larger master-planned community situated amongst lavish landscaping and quality architecture with easy access to lakes, trails and events to inspire community involvement.

"Development and big-name projects are booming in Arlington which will drive the city’s economy for years to come. With the tremendous growth and centralized location within the DFW metroplex, we believe residents will be attracted to the quality and boutique-style living that StreetLights offers as well as the essential accessibility our residents desire,” said StreetLights CEO Doug Chesnut.

Located just minutes from the newly developed Texas Live! and AT&T Stadium, The Jackson will bring four stories of luxury living to the growing Arlington area. Complete with 340 apartment homes, the residential community will offer several floorplans ranging in size from 588 to 1,671 square-feet, offering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans in addition to limited two-story floor plans known as "carriage units."

The Jackson interior amenity spaces will feature a mixture of wood textures, and mixed metals paired with a warm color palette that provides an inviting, comfortable environment for the community to gather. Apartment homes will offer two beautifully designed interior schemes including granite countertops, island seating, custom cabinetry, spa inspired bathrooms, Sonos One and numerous other distinctive features. Residents will also have access to a variety of amenities including co-working spaces, a creative makerspace with a chef’s kitchen, a private lounge with a residents’ coffee bar, a full fitness center with flex room for yoga and spin, a resort style pool as well as relaxing courtyards.

Leasing and amenity spaces will be designed by Ink + Oro. Architecture for The Jackson was designed by WDG Architecture, and SLR Construction, LLC, is the general contractor. Residences will be available for move-in fall 2020.

The Case Building

DALLAS – December 5, 2017 StreetLights Residential and Westdale have opened The Case Building - the newest urban infill multifamily development in the city of Dallas. The 17- story residential high-rise is located in the Deep Ellum neighborhood at 3131 Main Street at the intersection of Hall St. and Main, just south of Baylor Medical Center.

The Case Building, a unique addition to the historically significant neighborhood, provides Deep Ellum with its first high-rise multifamily community. The 337 beautifully-designed apartment homes are geared for those who desire to live, work and play in the city center. Nestled in the heart of Deep Ellum - just east of downtown - residents are in proximity to Downtown and the Arts District, with easy-access to all areas in Dallas.

Recognizing the importance and presence of art in the neighborhood, murals from local artists have been incorporated into the interior design, and common areas will feature a rotating gallery of artwork created by local artists – many whom reside in Deep Ellum.

The community offers a comprehensive amenity package designed to fit an urban lifestyle including several co-working spaces, private meeting rooms, catering kitchen for entertaining, private resident bar, pet wash, bike storage, expansive fitness center with yoga, barre, spin bikes, and cross training spaces, and a vibrant pool deck.

Deep Ellum’s newest urban living experience, The Case Building includes options of studio, one- and two-bedrooms, with units ranging in size from 500 to 1,300 square feet. The residences mirror the industrial feel of the area with 10-foot concrete ceilings, exposed brick walls and modern design touches.

“Our team’s hard work and the support from our partners has helped bring this project together just as we envisioned,” said StreetLights CEO Doug Chesnut. “We wanted to make this project feel as authentic as the Deep Ellum neighborhood is today, and with the design, architecture and interiors, I think we have created that atmosphere for residents.”

StreetLights Residential developed the project and SLR Construction LLC served as general contractor. The interior units were designed by the creative team at StreetLights Residential. The building’s interior amenity areas were designed out of New York City by prominent hospitality designer MARKZEFF, with furnishings executed by local Dallas designer 5G Studio Collaborative. The building’s architecture was designed by WDG Architecture, and the landscape was designed by Studio Outside. Westdale is managing the apartment community.
