Sammons Center for the Arts is home to 15 local performing arts organizations and serves another 90 nonprofit arts groups by providing low-cost office, meeting, rehearsal, audition and event space. Located in the renovated Turtle Creek Pump Station built in 1909, the Sammons Center also presents the popular Sammons Jazz, Sammons Cabaret and Sammons Discovery concerts as well as the free Art-Works resource. Art-Works provides local artists and arts groups with information and tools to become more efficient, innovative and successful.
