Lumedia Musicworks presents its newest short film, Into the Gamba-Verse, a mesmerizing blend of baroque music and contemporary dance, premiering at Gracepoint Media Studios in Dallas on December 2 at 7:30 p.m. 

This exclusive red carpet event redefines traditional classical music performances, setting early music against the backdrop of modern dance choreographed by Bruce Wood Dance Dallas’s Artistic Director, Joy Bollinger. 

Alongside the premiere screening of Into the Gamba-Verse, Lumedia’s early music band will perform a live concert featuring selections by Marais, Forqueray, and d’Hervelois. Known for their “innovative approach” to classical music (Friends of WRR Classical Radio), Lumedia Musicworks continues to push the boundaries of the genre, presenting historical works with a contemporary twist. 

This unique red carpet event invites patrons to dress in attire with “bling, sparkle, and stardust” to celebrate the film’s cosmic experiment. Tickets are $50 and include complimentary libations, bites, and an engaging Q&A session with the artists following the screening. Tickets are available for purchase online and at the door.
