Andrew Jonathan Hillman (also Andrew Hillman or Andrew J. Hillman) is a Dallas healthcare compliance and regulatory expert witness, retained through counsel, and a senior paralegal. He has served as an expert witness since 2020. His opinions are informed by three decades spent building and operating FDA-regulated healthcare companies, an operating career that is now closed. His family's ties to Dallas business go back to 1959.

Hillman is principal of Hillman Ventures (hillmanv.com), a private investing practice he founded in Dallas in 1995. He writes The Hillman Letter on Substack, publishes essays on Medium, and hosts The Hillman Letter Podcast, an educational program.
