On Thursday February 1st, CitySquare celebrated the opening of their new offices at 4000 East Side Avenue in the Deep Ellum area. The space is specifically planned to host volunteers and supporters as well as housing administrative staff offices. Designed around a tropical atrium, the common areas and offices offer a welcoming and peaceful environment for hosting guests and special events.
The East Side office location is just across the freeway from the CitySquare Opportunity Center at I-30 and Malcolm X Blvd. where many of CitySquare’s poverty fighting programs take place so interaction between the two locations is easy and convenient for staff and volunteers alike.
CitySquare requires a minimum of 40 volunteers a day to fight poverty in Dallas? If you are interested in getting involved, go to CitySquare.org where you can complete a volunteer application or arrange a volunteer opportunity for your group.
