It’s just nine weeks to Thanksgiving and the 48th Annual Dallas YMCA Turkey Trot.  It’s not too late to start training, this program is designed for beginner walkers and runners who want to begin or learn to maintain a consistent fitness program, with an end goal of doing the Dallas YMCA Turkey Trot.

Training to Trot begins on Saturday October 3rd, sessions will be held at three Luke’s Locker Locations: Dallas 214-528-1290, Highland Village 469-635-2900 and Plano 972-398-8660. The program includes Saturday morning Group Workouts with a Coach, weekly training schedules, options for free weekday workouts at Luke’s , email access to your coaches and a Train To Trot technical shirt upon successful attendance of our Saturday morning workouts.  Also have access to clinics and information on hydration, nutrition, injury prevention, motivation, running form, apparel/shoes, and more.
