Fountain Place is experiencing the ultimate renaissance. Goddard Investment Group, the owners of downtown Dallas’ landmark Fountain Place skyscraper, have spent $70 million to upgrade the office tower during the past few years. Premiere tenants with household names, such as Integrity and Bradley law, are calling the Fountain Place office tower home. Aforementioned tenant, Integrity, celebrated the grand opening of their shared services office at Fountain Place with a three-day long homecoming as its locally-based staff of 350 people now have arguably some of the best views downtown from all of their ten (10) floors in the 58-story Fountain Place.
“We take great pride that businesses with such prominence and respect, like Integrity, are marking their presence in Dallas at Fountain Place,” said Quito Anderson, Goddard Investment Group Partner. “Aligning ourselves with companies like this is exactly what we envisioned as we set out on this significant renovation process to Fountain Place. This icon is critical to the Dallas skyline and its culture. The tenants inside are just as important to the fabric of Dallas as well.”
“Our company continues to grow exponentially, and with this expansion came the need to find a space that matched our vision for the future,” said Bryan W. Adams, Co-Founder and CEO of Integrity. “Fountain Place transcends the word ‘iconic’ when you think of downtown Dallas and its quintessential skyline. Not only is the architecture inspiring, but the building itself creates an environment that is innately inviting with impressive natural light throughout. We are thrilled to call Fountain Place our new home and we appreciate the warm welcome into the Downtown neighborhood.”
To commemorate the significant moment of Integrity taking residency in Fountain Place, the omnichannel insurtech company celebrated BIG in Big D on May 17, 2023. With events spanning over a three-day period, executives flew in from all over the globe to mark the moment.
