Two Corks and a Bottle, a winery/wine bar in The Quadrangle in Uptown Dallas opened for business on July 7th but will be holding it's Big Grand Opening Party on Saturday, October 1st from 4pm 'til 11pm.  Food, entertainment and great will be available all night.
