The NAI Robert Lynn Retail Division recently arranged the lease of a 4,315-square-foot retail space in One Arts Plaza to the Chicago-based restaurant company, Yolk. Kornel Romada, vice president of the NAI Robert Lynn Retail Division and Spero Adamis, managing broker from Cornerstone Commercial, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Yolk, a high-end breakfast and lunch dining experience, began in 2006 in Chicago’s South Loop area. With unique dishes and a lively atmosphere, the restaurant has only recently begun to make waves across the nation in upscale, urban areas.
