Celebrating a landmark year, the 10th Annual No Tie Dinner & Dessert Party, presented by Purple Foundation, is going global to capture the magic, vibrant energy, and exotic flavors of The East in its Bollywood-style theme “Under the Yum Yum Tree.” The largest fundraiser for AIDS Services of Dallas, an expected 1,500 guests will gather at the Frontiers of Flight Museum on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. for the “after party” including complimentary cocktails, entertainment, dancing, colossal auction, and of course, tons of desserts! Led by an all-star chair committee – Honorary Co-Chairs Jody and Sterling O’Donnell, Co-Chairs David Nelson and Dennis Kershner, and Media Ambassador Amy Vanderoef – the tenth anniversary season will boast big-name entertainment with DJ heavyweight Brandon Olds on the turntable, henna painting, surprise theatrical performances produced by Rob and Deanna Cahill, and exotic Eastern fashion. For the first time in its ten-year history, No Tie is offering a VIP ticket that features a deluxe lounge area serving premium spirits, luxury auction packages, and exclusive desserts.

No Tie is one of Dallas’ sweetest events of the season with 20 dessert stations from some of the city’s finest establishments, such as Baby Cakes, Bark Chocolate, Celebrity Café & Bakery, Komali, Two Sisters Catering, and Uncle Willie’s Pies, among many others. Ben E. Keith and William Grant & Sons, a family-owned distillery with an award-winning portfolio of spirits, features a vast array of delicious libations from Reyka Icelandic Vodka, Tullamore D.E.W., and Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum. The official signature cocktail this year is The Bollywood, a refreshing mix of Reyka Vodka, Fever-Tree Ginger Beer, and freshly squeezed lime juice.

Squeeze of fresh lime 

Pour Reyka Vodka and lime juice in a highball glass; top with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer.

The 10th Annual No Tie Dinner & Dessert Party, the largest fundraiser for AIDS Services of Dallas, will be held on Saturday, March 28 starting at 7:00 PM at The Frontiers of Flight Museum (6911 Lemmon Avenue, Dallas, TX, 75209). Opportunities are currently available for sponsorship, dinner hosts, auction items, and volunteers. General admission tickets are $75 donation.
