Elizabeth Toon Charities hosted its annual kick-off event where the organization announced their beneficiaries for this year’s annual concert and shootout. Supporters, beneficiaries, sponsors and more were invited to Rockhouse Studio for apps, drinks and to learn more about the 2015 Elizabeth Toon Charities concert and shootout, which will take place at The Rustic and Dallas Gun Club on May 7 and 8.

“We are proud to support these 18 amazing organizations on behalf of Elizabeth Toon Charities,” said Executive Director Carolyn Cross. “It is an honor to see the support from our community who continues to help us uplift children in North Texas."

The 2015 beneficiaries are:

  • Clayton Dabney for Kids with Cancer
  • Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center
  • Dallas Furniture Bank

  • Grief & Loss Center of North Texas
  • Hope’s Door
  • Interfaith Housing Coalition
  • REAL School Gardens
  • Rise School of Dallas
  • Ronald McDonald House of Dallas
  • Scottish Rite Hospital
  • St. Simons After-School
  • Suicide and Crisis Center of North Texas

Last year’s sold-out concert and shootout raised more than $533,000 in support of North Texas children. Since the organization’s inception nine years ago, Elizabeth Toon Charities has raised more than $3.3 million for 47 organizations throughout North Texas.
