Fall Has Arrived at Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie

Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie, an award-winning French bakery located in Uptown, is celebrating the arrival of autumn with fall treats for all. This October, the talented Bisous team, led by Owner and Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Meyer, says “bonjour” to the new season with a variety of pumpkin flavored treats, frightfully fun Halloween bites, and new decadent pastries.

Fall Flavor: Pumpkin

Fall brings cooler weather, sweaters, and pumpkins! Bisous is incorporating the signature fall flavor – pumpkin spice – to their tasty treats. From macarons with a pumpkin spice buttercream filling to parfaits perfectly layered with cheesecake filling, pumpkin pastry cream, graham crumbs, meringue, and Valrhona Dulcey pearls, the pumpkin possibilities are endless. Don’t forget to order the seasonal pumpkin spice latte!

Introducing Grande Cream Puffs!

This month, Bisous is launching decadent grande cream puffs. This heavenly, airy puff dough is also found in other classic French desserts, such as profiteroles and eclairs, and usually filled with a sweet pastry cream or savory gourgères. Each month, the pâtisserie will feature a seasonal flavor starting with a pumpkin spice large cream puff ($4.50) made with orange choux and orange crackle cookie, filled with pumpkin pastry mousseline and salted caramel. Available starting October 1st.

Happy Halloween

There is no trick to enjoying these tasty Halloween-themed treats. Sink your fangs into house made “Oreo” blood orange éclairs topped with “blood” splatter and ghoulishly delightful ghosts and pumpkin decorated cookies. Macarons share in the festivities with vanilla bean-flavored ghosts and pumpkin spice-flavored jack-o’-lantern shaped macarons, and spooktacular blood orange flavored macarons. Macarons are available to purchase individually, as a gift pack, tiered tower or as a Halloween Macaron Platter featuring chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, blood orange and pumpkin macarons, and jack-o’-lantern cookies. Available starting October 1st.

No Pumpkin? No Problem!

For those that aren’t pumpkin spice fanatics, Bisous has plenty of treats to choose from including their new Cookies n' Cream bi-color croissant. This flavorful dessert features all the flavors of Cookies n’ Cream ice cream wrapped in a warm croissant. Fun fact, this is one of Chef Andrea’s top picks for the month. Grab one before they are gone.
