Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie, located in West Village, makes every day a little sweeter with made-from-scratch French pastries and coffee beverages. Embracing the autumn season, Bisous, led by Owner and Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Meyer, will showcase seasonal flavors like pumpkin, apple, and pecan in fabulous pies, croissants, and signature macarons. Holiday-themed treats abound for Halloween and Thanksgiving, and Freezer to Oven Croissants provide a simple, fast, and delicious treat for family time.

Happy Halloween (Oct. 26 - 31)

There is no trick to enjoying these tasty Halloween-themed treats. Beginning Oct. 26th, feast on blood orange éclairs complete with “blood” splatter and Halloween-themed drip cakes. Macarons share in the festivities with Tahitian vanilla-flavored macaron ghosts, pumpkin chai-flavored jack-o’-lantern macarons, and a spooktacular blood orange flavored macarons in black, all perfect for your Halloween parties.

Freezer to Oven Croissants

Bisous Bisous introduces their Freezer to Oven Croissants. As Chef Andrea says, “We make ‘em. You bake ‘em.” The freshly rolled croissant dough is available in a four-pack in plain or chocolate ($12) or ham and cheese ($14) to simply throw in the oven and bake at your home. Over the holidays, spend valuable time with the family, not slaving away in the kitchen. These convenient croissants are available daily and by order.

Thanksgiving Treats (Nov. 8 - Nov. 28)

Pies take the spotlight in November, and Bisous Bisous does not disappoint. Beginning November 8th, Bisous will add Spiced Pumpkin and Apple Streusel (in photo) pies, as well as the popular Bourbon Pecan Tart to the menu for a limited time. Thanksgiving pre-orders are highly recommended and must be in by November 24th.

Returning this year is the much-anticipated Thanksgiving Dinner Cruffin, filled with gravy, turkey and stuffing, topped with mashed potatoes and a cornbread mini muffin and drizzled with cranberry jus. The talented team will also be offering shortbread cookie pilgrim hats, leaves, and pumpkin pick-up trucks.

Fall Flavors

Bisous’ October flavors feature pumpkin spice and everything nice including; pumpkin chai éclairs, pumpkin white chocolate croissants and two new macaron flavors: caramel apple and pumpkin chai. Don’t forget to order the seasonal pumpkin spice latte or the new hazelnut mocha!

Pumpkins remain the stars of the season with November’s featured items like pecan pumpkin mousse tarts and pumpkin cheesecake parfaits, in addition to salted caramel apple éclairs complete with a fall maple leaf.
