Au revoir, Summer! Fall Happenings at Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie

Dallas, TX – September 9, 2019 – Fall in love with Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie this autumn. In September and October, the award-winning French bakery says “bonjour” to Big Tex with state-fair themed desserts; celebrates Halloween, and a couple of important birthdays; debuts new seasonal flavors and hosts a series of French Macaron classes. C’est bon!

State Fair of Texas (beginning Sept. 23)

The State Fair of Texas is almost here, and the talented Bisous team is having a blast creating an array of State Fair-inspired treats to celebrate. Sink your teeth into classic fair flavors: cotton candy macarons, sweet and salty kettle corn macarons and ice cream, and corn dog cruffins, complete with a cornbread filling, chopped hot dogs, and mustard drizzle. Even the shortbread cookies are shaped and decorated in festival favorites, such as a Ferris wheel, the state of Texas, and admission tickets. Enjoy these French-style pastries with flavors as big as Texas, ranging in price from $2.25 to $10, starting on Sept. 23.

Meet Bisous Bisous Owner and Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Meyer at the State Fair Culinary stage on October 18 at 11am where she’ll be demonstrating some of her delicious bites to sample!

Happy Birthday, Andrea! (Sept. 15 - 21)

For the week of September 15, the French bakery will be offering birthday cake cruffins for $4.35 to celebrate the birthday of Bisous Bisous’s Owner and Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Meyer. Stop by and wish Andrea a happy birthday and grab this limited time delight.

Sammie Sunday (Sept. 29)

The pâtisserie will be serving up its signature Croissant Waffle Ice Cream Sammies ($6) during their once a month, in-store pop-up, Sammie Sunday, on September 29. The State Fair theme continues with the choice of house-made ice creams in flavors like kettle corn and pumpkin spice, sandwiched between two made-to-order croissant waffles and tossed in flavored sugars. Top it off with nut crunch, chocolate decorations, or hand-crafted sauces.

Happy Birthday, Sarah! (Oct. 1 - 5)

Bisous Bisous newly hired Pastry Chef, Sarah Green, is also celebrating her birthday with a special edition cruffin, The Italian Cream Cake Cruffin, made with all of her favorite ingredients: vanilla cake, toasted pecans, coconut, and cream cheese frosting. The week of October 1st, the Italian Cream Cake Cruffin will be available for $4.35. Congratulate Sarah on her new job and be sure to wish her a happy birthday.
