Enjoy Thanksgiving at Central 214 at Hotel Palomar Dallas, with a delicious three-course prix fixe holiday meal made with fresh harvest ingredients from local Texas farms. Choose from a variety of classic dishes including starters of roasted butternut squash bisque, warm kale salad, or organic baby lettuces with cranberries and pumpkin seeds, and main courses of herb and garlic roasted turkey, Dr. Pepper and pineapple glazed country ham, pan seared redfish with shrimp and cream cheese grits, or handmade trompetti pasta (vegetarian). Top it off with pumpkin pie with glazed pecans and whipped meringue, apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream and bourbon caramel sauce, or chocolate molten cake with berry coulis and berry salad.

Price is $42 per person or $18 per child.  Reservations are available on Thanksgiving Day – Nov. 28, 2013 – from 11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. by calling 214-443-9339 or online. Complimentary Valet Parking will be available!

  • Herb and garlic roasted turkey, with jalapeño-cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry chutney and natural gravy
  • Dr. Pepper and pineapple glazed country ham with jalapeño cornbread stuffing, roasted fingerling potatoes and bacon-brussels sprouts
  • Pan seared redfish filet with shrimp & cream cheese grits, swiss chard & lemon caper sauce
  • Handmade trompetti pasta with roasted peppers, tomato ragu & basil
