Fast food and frozen dinners don’t always cut it and eating out quickly takes its toll on the wallet. But finding recipes on the Internet isn’t always a safe bet, so what other options are there? Check out the cooking classes that Neiman Marcus is offering throughout the months of October and November.

Some of Dallas’ top chefs will be instructing classes at the Neiman Marcus/Wolf Sub-Zero Culinary Studio inside the Neiman Marcus café. The cafe is located at 1525 Commerce Street. Seats are limited, so be sure to reserve a place ahead of time. All classes are $65.00 each.

Thursday, October 20

  • Chef Jim Severson – Chef/Owner Sevy’s Grill
  • Chef Richard Chamberlain – Chef/Owner Chamberlain’s Fish Market Grill & Chamberlain’s Steak & Chop House

Thursday, October 27

  • Chef Anita Hirsch – Neiman Marcus

Thursday, November 10

  • Chef Kevin Garvin – Neiman Marcus
