Double knot those laces and be sure to load up on some carbs, as the Uptown 5 Mile Run will take place this Saturday, October 22nd at 7:00 a.m. Proceeds from the event, which is part of the larger inaugural 13.1 Dallas half marathon, will benefit underprivileged youth through sports and education.
