FIRST THURSDAY LATE NIGHT: SPACE TO FEATURE THREE-TIME NASA ASTRONAUT AND ASTEROID EXPERT DR. ED LU AND APOLLO 9 ASTRONAUT RUSTY SCHWEICKART AT PEROT MUSEUM OF NATURE AND SCIENCE THURSDAY (DEC. 4) AT 6:30 P.M.

Hear about the final frontier from three-time NASA astronaut Dr. Ed Lu (who lived six months on the International Space Station) and Apollo 9 astronaut Rusty Schweickart at First Thursday Late Night: Space on Dec. 4 from 6:30 - 8 p.m. at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in The Hoglund Foundation Theater, a National Geographic Experience. Both asteroid experts, Dr. Lu and Rusty Schweickart are leading the Sentinel Mission, a privately-funded space mission that will set out to identify Near Earth Objects (NEOs) that might pose a threat to Earth.

Throughout the Museum, enjoy space-themed exploratory activities and discover new inventions.

Come early and stay late because the Perot Museum stays open from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. on the first Thursday of the month.Admission for Museum members is free.Non-members pay a surcharge along with purchase of general exhibits admission for a total admission cost of $20 for adults (18-64), $17 for youth (12-17) and seniors (65+), $15 for children (2-11), and free for children under 2.
