The American Advertising Federation Dallas Chapter (AAF) announces the call for entries for the 53rd Annual American Advertising Awards, known as the ADDY Awards. The Dallas competition is the first of a three-tier national competition. Local winners compete against winners from other local clubs in one of 15 district competitions. Finally, district winners compete at the national level.

To enter the ADDY competition, go to and click on “ENTER NOW” at the bottom of the page. The deadline for entering is Monday, Jan. 5, 2015, by 4 p.m. Late entries will be accepted until Friday, Jan. 9, until 4 p.m. and must be accompanied by a $50-per-entry late fee.

Complete the entrant information for each entry. Credit all members of your creative team, with the most involved people first, so that everyone is recognized if the entry wins. All details for entering and submitting entries, including fees, are available online.

Entries must be physically submitted, either in person or received in the mail, during one of the two drop-off periods, at Clampitt Paper, 9207 Ambassador Row, Dallas, TX 75247. There will be no exceptions. Do not call Clampitt with questions.

1st drop-off: Monday-Wednesday, Dec. 15-17, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
2nd drop-off: Monday-Friday, Jan. 5-9, between 2 and 4 p.m.

The American Advertising Awards is the advertising industry's largest and most representative competition, attracting over 40,000 entries every year in local AAF Club (Ad Club) competitions.
