Triggers Toys Fantasy Bar Draft Main Event, Drink for a Cause is an annual fundraising event where Dallas’ finest cocktail masters donate their talent to five pop-up concept bars that come complete with a bar manager, bartenders, and celebrity barbacks. Teams will be responsible for creating and prepping for their bars to be open for service at the Main Event

Beginning, December 1, 2014, each team had two weeks to develop their bar's logo, décor, menu, and promo strategy. Each bar will create a short menu of 3-4 cocktails that reflect the bar’s theme and showcase the 22 sponsor brands.

This year’s participants include Eddie "Lucky" Campbell (Parliament) who has a Tiki bar, Kyle Hilla (Bolsa) a bespoke cocktail lounge, Jessica Sanders (USBG President) a sports bar, Charlie Moore (Knife) a honky tonk, and Matt Orth (LARK on the Park) rounds out the group with a night club.

WHY: The annual Trigger’s Toys fundraising event allows bartenders, bar owners, brand sponsors, and enthusiasts an opportunity to give back to the community.

Trigger’s Toys is a charity that provides toys and therapy items to all area hospitalized children through the use of Trigger and Animal Assisted dogs like him within local area hospitals, as well as children in need, as result of disaster and family trauma for the purpose of fostering happiness, emotional well-being, and an appreciation for their community’s commitment to their growth.
