Students from Notre Dame School of Dallas were the stars of a charitable fashion show sponsored by Elisia Magazine.  On Saturday night, the girls were treated to a day of prepping and pampering in preparation to “walk the catwalk” in fashion designs by local artists.  “Think Out, Be Light” was the theme for the evening, encouraging these special young women to embrace their individuality and be a light in the world.  The event was held at Life in Deep Ellum and proceeds benefitted The Giving Project.   These young ladies had a night to remember and delighted in the camera flashes and applause.

Notre Dame School educates students with intellectual disabilities and facilitates their integration into society.  As the only school in Dallas exclusively serving this student population, Notre Dame is a unique educational resource in our city and provides special education to 155 students ages 8 to 22.  Notre Dame School is located in Uptown, just north of downtown Dallas.  www.notredameschool.org
