Flying Saucer Draught Emporium in Addison will host a Belgian Beer Brunch featuring special guest Will Sandifer of Duvel Moortgat on July 20 starting at 11 a.m. at its 14999 Montfort Drive. 

Flying Saucer will feature four Belgian beers with three food pairings, including: 

Social beer

• Beermosa made with Ommegang Witte (Witbier)

First course

• Spinach and mushroom quiche; paired with Boulevard Tank 7 (Dry Hopped Saison)

Second course

• Roast beef hash and eggs with horseradish crème; paired with La Chouffe IPA (Belgian Strong Pale)

Third course

• Strawberry and granola pancake with berry puree; paired with Ommegang Three Philosophers  (Belgian Quad)
