The American Advertising Federation Dallas (AAF Dallas) is featuring Leandre Johns, General Manager at Uber as a part of their digital breakfast series, which focuses on emerging technologies and business models. The first event of the year will be held Jan. 28, 2016.

Leandre Johns, General Manager of Uber Dallas/Fort Worth, will lead a discussion on the “Uberfication of Everything,” addressing the impact it will have on DFW’s consumers, marketers, businesses, industries and brands. Audience members are encouraged to ask Johns questions during the Q&A portion of the event.

Uber Technology, the app that connects riders and drivers, has led the digital revolution for convenience tech, shaking up the traditional taxi scene by offering a service that provides convenience value through technology. Digital innovators are beginning to take a page out of Uber’s book and are seeking ways to “uberfy” the world by providing services that offer convenient on-demand mobile services to match demand with supply.

“We are honored to kick off the new year with Leandre Johns as the first featured guest of our digital breakfast series,” says Jason Dove, president of AAF Dallas. “His experience at Uber will provide our members with a unique insight of the many ways emerging technologies are impacting our industry.”
