Now curated by highly-acclaimed author and cheese-enthusiast Kristin Jackson of “It’s Not You, It’s Brie,” the new Cheese of the Month club offers one pound of hand-selected cheeses and a complimentary accompaniment. The selection each month will vary in texture, milk-type, region and flavor and is a great way to try something new and seasonal. Also included is an information sheet with pairing notes.
