Edgemere senior living community is pleased to announce the appointment of Victor Jaime as head chef. John Falldine, managing director of Edgemere, made the announcement. Falldine noted that Jaime’s comprehensive knowledge of international flavors and his innovative approach will help set the stage for a customized dining experience that will take Edgemere to the next level of cuisine and service.
“With years of experience as a chef for upscale hotels and restaurants, Victor understands the dynamics of creating world-class meals,” said Falldine. “He is a perfect addition to this resort-style community that focuses on five-star hospitality.”
Prior to joining Edgemere, Jaime served as executive chef for the Magnolia Hotel in Dallas. He has more than 22 years of experience in developing progressive and inventive selections for the menus of four- and five-star hotels, as well as resorts and restaurants in The United States, Mexico and France.
Jaime’s role will include menu planning, ensuring food quality, catering events, hiring and managing the culinary staff and more.
