Kinder Kritter, Inc. a full-service dog daycare center has been in quarantine like the rest of us. As of Monday, May 4, the Garland shop at 8928 Garland Road, Dallas, Texas 75218, has reopened to provide curbside drop off and pick-up service for boarding, daycare, and grooming.

“Our decision to temporarily close has been tough on all of us, but we’re committed to making this re-opening a safe experience for all our clients and furry friends,” Kathy Collins, owner said. “We stayed open for two weeks to serve those working in the medical and first-responder teams, but we finally made the decision to close in March for the safety of our staff.”

Collins applied for small business payroll funding, but has not yet received word. She has continued to pay staff thanks partially to a bank loan and personal funding.

“Several loyal clients have donated money -- one actually gave us $1,500 to keep us going. Our staff are all like family to us. Our Manger, Cristina Raslan, has been with us 10 years,” she said.   Although the lobby will be closed, clients can arrange to drop off or pick up pets by calling 214-321-3939 or schedule an appointment online at www.kinderkritter.net.
