DALLAS – January 14, 2016 – Riveron Consulting,a Dallas-based firm that helps clients maximize the value of both strategic and financial transactions throughout the business transaction life cycle, including acquisition, integration, operations and divestiture, is pleased to announce the promotion of Chaitan Fahnestock to president and COO and Lacy Lange to managing director of operations, effective January 1, 2016.

Chaitan Fahnestock
Fahnestock will work from the Dallas headquarters and oversee strategic direction and operations for all markets including Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Houston, Minneapolis and Washington, D. C. He has been with Riveron Consulting since 2006, serving as senior director of business development and most recently, managing director of new markets. As managing director, Fahnestock was responsible for organic growth strategy and execution, business development, client satisfaction, new market leadership recruitment and training. In March 2015, he was named to Riveron’s first established Board of Directors.
Fahnestock has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, corporate governance consulting and transaction advisory services. He started his career in 1993 at Ernst & Young then joined Jefferson Wells as business development manager before moving several years later to Grant Thornton as business development executive, where he helped grow annual revenue by more than 300 percent during his tenure.
Fahnestock graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and is a certified public accountant. He is an active member of the Lone Star Chapter of the Young President’s Organization.
Lacy Lange
Lange joined Riveron in 2009 and has more than 12 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, and operations. As managing director of operations, Lange will be responsible for firm-wide people operations, including recruiting, scheduling, marketing, acquisitions, integration, strategic business planning, account planning, service line leadership and culture.
Lange volunteers with the Cancer Support Community and previously served on the non-profit’s Young Leadership Board. Lacy also serves on the annual luncheon committee for Johnathan’s Place. Formerly she served as the new membership chair and charitable R&D chair for The Slipper Club.
Lange earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004. Prior to joining Riveron, she worked as a senior search consultant for Southwest Search and a senior accountant for Mirage Networks.
