The MetroTex Association of REALTORS® today released Frisco homes sales figures for the month of May. MetroTex President Steve Habgood announced Frisco’s record volume of sales.
“The market in Frisco on is extremely active,” said Habgood. “While overall the number of available homes is low on any given day, homes that do appear on market tend to sell very quickly. There were 405 homes sold and 376 pending sales in Frisco last month.”
“We definitely recommend consumers develop a good relationship with their REALTOR® to help them navigate such an active market like Frisco is experiencing,” said Habgood.
Other highlights include of the MetroTex report include:
- The average sales price in Frisco is $388,994, a increase of 7%over May 2014.
- Average sales price is 99% of list price when listed with a REALTOR®
- The number of available homes on the market in May 2015 was 532, compared to 536 in May 2014.
- The average price per square foot in Frisco increased from $116 in May 2014 to $126 in May 2015.
“We predict Frisco will continue to be part of one of the most active markets in the country,” said Habgood. “In Frisco, homes listed with REALTORS® are selling in 33 days on average.
