The MetroTex Association of REALTORS® today released Keller homes sales figures for the month of May. MetroTex President Steve Habgood announced Keller’s near-record volume of sales.

“The market in Keller on is extremely active,” said Habgood. “While overall the number of available homes is low on any given day, homes that do appear on market tend to sell very quickly. There were 91 sold homes and 97 pending sales in Keller last month.“

“We definitely recommend consumers develop a good relationship with their REALTOR® to help them navigate such an active market like Keller is experiencing,” said Habgood.

Other highlights include of the MetroTex report include:

• The average sales price in Keller is $381,476, a decrease of 7%.
• Average sales price is 98% of list price when listed with a REALTOR®
• The number of available homes on the market in May 2015 was 177, compared to 211 in May 2014.
• The average price per square foot in Keller increased from $123 in May 2014 to $127 in May 2015. 

“We predict Keller will continue to be part of one of the most active markets in the country,” said Habgood. “In Keller, homes listed with REALTORS® are selling in 41 days on average.
