The Park Cities neighborhood is a township (Highland Park, University Park) within the boundaries of the city of Dallas.

The Park Cities neighborhood is located about a mile north of downtown Dallas and is recognized as one of the most prominent places in the state and across the entire Country.

The township has many wonderful parks with small lakes and is a highly manicured neighborhood with exemplary schools Highland Park ISD and city services. The Park Cities neighborhood was developed by landscape architect Wilbur David Cook who also designed Beverly Hills, Ca. There is a sense of small town peacefulness that comes from the Park Cities neighborhood with amenities that include two private swimming pools, tennis courts, creeks and the best in shopping and eateries from fine dining to neighborhood cafes. The Highland Park Independent School District (HPISD) serves both University Park and Highland Park with four elementary schools, one middle school, one intermediate school and Highland Park High School. Recognized as one of the best public school systems in Texas with more than 95% of the district’s students attending college after graduation.
