Well known for its weekend brunch specials, Villa-O is expanding its lunch menu options to cater to everyone from the busy corporate diner to the leisurely lunch lover. A highlight of the new menu, available now and served Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., is the Presto Piatti daily lunch special, which is comprised of four courses served all at once. The Presto Piatti includes soup of the day, Caesar or chopped salad, choice of entrée and cannoli or tiramisu for dessert ($13).

“It’s great to have new items on the menu for an on-the-go meal or a long, working lunch with clients,” says longtime Villa-O diner and nearby business owner John Cain Sargent.

Additional new summer menu additions include bountiful, healthy salads such as the Seared Tuna Salad which is served medium rare with mixed greens, pickled onions, avocado and topped with a Balsamic vinaigrette reduction ($14) or the Beet Kale Salad with beets, baby kale, Arugula, pickled red onion, spicy cashew, Gorgonzola Dolce and an Italian vinaigrette ($9). For a fresh twist on a “burger” option, guests can try Turkey Meatball Sliders served on brioche bread with Asiago cheese and a side of pasta salad or mixed field green salad ($15). Even the pizza is getting a fresh summer makeover with the Pizza Salad served with San Marzano Tomatoes, fresh Mozzarella cheese and covered in chopped salad, black olives, basil and extra virgin olive oil ($14).
