Justin Dyniewski of Progressive Psychiatry will head the Southlake practice.

Progressive Psychiatry, a Fort Worth-based private practice focusing on putting patients aged 3 to 65 back in charge of their mental health, has opened a third location at 1330 North White Chapel Blvd. in Southlake. Justin Dyniewski, M.D., who is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and Board Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, will practice at the new office serving Southlake’s mental health community.

“We have a novel approach to healthcare at Progressive Psychiatry that successfully delivers individualized mental health treatment that is both transparent and collaborative,” said Brian Dixon, M.D., founder and Executive Director of Progressive Psychiatry. Named to the Fort Worth Business Press “2017 40 Under 40”, Dr. Dixon is blazing new paths to reintegrate mental health into our modern lifestyles . “Bypassing health insurance companies that exist solely to make a profit, we spend the needed time and attention with our patients free of restrictions, and are thrilled to expand this unique but effective approach in Southlake with Dr. Dyniewski.”

Prior to joining Progressive Psychiatry, Dr. Dyniewski served for five years as a staff physician for Mental Health Mental Retardation (MHMR) of Tarrant County, the second-largest community center in Texas providing mental health and intellectual and development disability services. He earned his Doctor of Medicine in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Harding University.

“Children and teens grow through unique developmental stages, and it’s important that mental health providers use these as checkpoints and guides to build individualized treatment plans for the whole family,” added Dr. Dyniewski. “Teamwork is powerful, and I, along with Dr. Dixon, aim to build teams of motivated parents, energetic patients, active educators, and collaborating health providers so your children can reach their maximum potential.”

Progressive Psychiatry’s Southlake location specializes in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety and depression, offering help in coping with behavioral issues, Bipolar Disorder, intra-familial conflict, medication management, PTSD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Impulse Control and all Mood Disorders.

The office is located at 1330 North White Chapel Blvd., Suite 100 in Southlake, and can be reached at 682-200-1744, or via email at info@progressivepsychiatry.org. Progressive Psychiatry also has two Fort Worth locations. More information on Progressive Psychiatry’s fresh approach to mental healthcare is available online at www.progressivepsychiatry.org
