Lavender Poached Pears - Salted Caramel & Roasted Almond Cream

DALLAS (August 4, 2017) – The Landmark Restaurant at Warwick Melrose - Dallas will be participating in the 20th Annual DFW Restaurant Week, August 7 - 12. Executive Chef Patrick McElroy is offering a delectable three-course menu for $39, which includes an $8 donation to the North Texas Food Bank. For every $8 donated, North Texas Food Bank is able to provide 24 meals.

 

“Our DFW Restaurant Week menu is a fresh and modern approach on American favorites,” said Chef McElroy. “We love this annual event that allows us to welcome new guests to our restaurant that may not have visited us before, but that we get to serve as part of this great community-wide event that has raised more than $8 million to support great causes like stopping hunger.”

 

The DFW Restaurant Week menu at The Landmark will include:

 

First Course Choices

Blue Crab Bisque -Scandinavian Caviar, Chive Crème Fraiche and Crispy Parmesan Dust

Heirloom Tomato Salad -Baby Lolla Rosa, Avocado Cream, Peppered Goat Cheese, Opal Apple Reduction with Champagne Vinaigrette

 

Entrée Choices

Bleu Filet -Charred 6 oz Filet Mignon with Maytag Creamed Potato Gnocchi, Crispy Parsnips, Port and Merlot Reduction and Pecorino Toasted Asparagus

Braised Lamb Shank -Mission Figs, Sweet Carrot and Three Onion Risotto,  Roasted Garlic Swiss Chard and Pan Reduction

Lobster Newberg - Sherry Cream, Pan-Seared Maine Lobster, Peppered Puff Pastry and Roasted Garlic Haricot Verts

 

Dessert Choices

Tipsy Berries - Brandied Godiva Cream, Fresh Mixed Berries and Candied Pecans
