Fisher & Phillips Continues Texas Expansion
The Dallas office of Fisher & Phillips LLP announced today that Arthur V. Lambert has joined the firm as a partner. Fisher & Phillips is a national, management-side labor and employment law firm with three Texas offices in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio.
Lambert joins Fisher & Phillips with 26 years’ experience during which he has represented employers in all aspects of labor and employment in state, federal and appellate courts, including discrimination, non-compete and wage and hour cases, just to name a few. Lambert regularly counsels clients in litigation avoidance and employment law compliance, and is a frequent speaker and author.

Prior to joining Fisher & Phillips, Lambert was a partner at Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP, and previously worked with several other firms in employment law representation.
