June 11, 2015 — Dallas, Texas — Dallas Voice, the premier media source for LGBT Texas, presents The Wedding Party & EXPO - Marriage Equality Event - on Sunday, August 2, from 12:00 to 6:00pm at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas. The EXPO will celebrate love and the expected June Supreme Court ruling legalizing same sex weddings in Dallas County, Texas and across America. Dallas ranks as the sixth largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) community in the United States and there are 46,401 same-sex couples living in Texas. The Wedding Party & EXPO will benefit the North Texas GLBT Chamber of Commerce.

At this moment in history, it’s only fitting that we host a North Texas marriage equality celebration and wedding EXPO for loving, committed couples, the general public, community partners and wedding-industry businesses. The EXPO will include A-Z wedding ideas and resources, a fashion show, tastings, a Turtle Creek Chorale performance, swag bags, door prizes, surprise guests, and the Dallas Voice special Show Book | Resource Guide. Admission is FREE and open to the public with advance registration. General admission ticketing is available at EventBrite.com. Each general admission ticket provides access for one attendee and must be presented at the event registration, located outside the Stemmons Ballroom. Validated tickets are required for FREE parking for the event.

Exhibit space is available starting at $400 for Wedding-Industry Exhibitors and $150 for Business Connection Exhibitors, who are Non-Wedding service providers.
Premium Sponsorship packages are $4,000 and provide many exclusive perks including a comp premium booth, advertising campaign in Dallas Voice and membership in the North Texas GLBT Chamber of Commerce, the beneficiary of the event.
