Trademark, a full-service real estate firm focused on investments, development and institutional services of experiential, mixed-use and daily needs properties, recently tapped Dallas-based Corbet Design + Build to handle construction for a future restaurant tenant in Victory Park, located in downtown Dallas near the American Airlines Center. Corbet Design + Build will demo existing concrete infrastructure in the building’s parking garage in order to accommodate the new restaurant space, which totals 7,396 square feet. New plumbing, topping slab, electrical systems, masonry and a new roof system will be installed, which will make the kitchen space ready for tenant finish out and move in.
“This project is going to be unique and challenging, which we are excited about,” said
Bryan Garvey, CEO of Corbet Design + Build. “Due to the building’s location close to the American Airlines Center, we will have to synchronize the timing of demo work and construction so it will not conflict with parking in the garage for sporting events, concerts and other special events taking place in the American Airlines Center. Our team is used to working around the distinct challenges a space might present and know that our project management systems will allow us to complete this project in a timely fashion, despite access issues to the space. ”
Travis Walker, director of business development for Corbet Design + Build said: “This is a great project that is literally right in our backyard. We are excited about the location and are proud to be a part of all the ongoing activities and future development at Victory Park.”
