The Classics - $60 

The word classic is defined as: judged over a period of time to be of the highest quality and outstanding of its kind. Early cheese traditions can still be seen in some of the classic old-world cheeses available today. Taste five of the most iconic cheese styles from around the world that started it all. All cheeses arrive in a beautiful wooden box with crackers for a globetrotting experience wherever you are. 

Italian Treat - $70 

As a nod to Cheesemonger Rich Rogers’ ancestor’s homeland, this box features two classic Italian cheeses: Parmigiano-Reggiano and Pecorino Romano. Scardello’s Parmigiano-Reggiano is hand made by Gianluca Bonati of Fulvi. Gianluca makes all of his wheels from an organically farmed herd and makes less than half the amount of Parmigiano-Reggiano than typical producers. Despite its name, most Pecorino Romano is made outside of the Roman countryside. Fulvi is one of the only operations still making this classic cheese about 20 miles north of Rome. Paired with handmade Italian style salami, crackers and high quality extra virgin olive oil, this box will transport you straight to the boot itself! 

Best of Texas - $80 

Everything’s bigger in Texas, including the variety and flavors of our local cheese! The Best of Texas box highlights our favorite Texas made products: three pieces of handmade cheese paired with locally made pickles and jam. Just try to not eat the whole jar in one sitting! This box makes the perfect welcome for your out-of-town guests or a reminder of what you love about the Lone Star State.
