The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) named three Alair Dallas-Fort Worth offices as National, Regional, and North Texas 2023 Contractor of the Year (CotY) winners in a total of seven categories.

Alair | Lowry received the National CotY Award for the Residential Kitchen $60,000 - $100,000 category in its annual awards competition. Alair | Hatfield brought home two Regional CotY Awards in the Residential Interior $250,001 - $500,000 and Entire House $500,000 - $750,000 categories. Alair | Hammel Snider won a total of four North Texas CotY Awards: Entire House Over $1,000,000 (a team entry with Active Granite, Davis-Hawn, and Facets), Residential Exterior Over $200,000, Residential Detached Structure, and Residential Addition Over $250,000.

Each year, NARI presents CotY Awards to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. The CotY Awards are the highest form of recognition by industry leaders and peers. NARI received nearly 455 entries from across the United States representing more than $134 million in remodeling projects.

“This year’s submissions were outstanding, making the job of our esteemed judges very difficult,” said Tracy Wright, Senior Director, Member Engagement and Governance at NARI. The judging panel representing industry experts, selected winners based on problem-solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, and degree of difficulty.

The CotY Awards allow NARI to celebrate its members who are committed to design, best practices, integrity, high standards, and professionalism. Visit nari.org for more information.
