 nd the Bend  is a textile banner of abstract geometric forms\, that looks
  like fluid stained glass hovering above the ground. The public will be ab
 le to walk along the installation and enjoy flashes of color as the sun in
 teracts with the various textures and the wind creates a rippling effect r
 esembling the movement of water\, reminiscent of the current of cars drivi
