Last Thursday, members of the media were invited to tour the still-under-construction Perot Museum of Nature & Science located in the Victory Park area of Dallas and learn about the building and everything it will have to offer.

During the tour, the guides discussed interesting facts about the museum, including how it will have 11 permanent exhibition halls and a traveling exhibition hall; it will be an environmentally friendly building and will have two 25,000-gallon cisterns to collect rainwater for reuse; and it will have a 54-foot escalator that is enclosed by a glass structure, extending outside of the building.

Be sure to check BubbleLife later this week for a longer, in-depth rundown about the museum and photos from the tour.
